The Purpose Show

I’m Allie Casazza, and I’m here to normalize moms living their dream lives (and help them create it too!). I’m all about helping you design a life and motherhood of enjoyment, pleasure, and ease - all things that are rarely associated with being a mom. That changes now. Based on my time-tested and proven method, I am facilitating freeing, transformative conversations here on my podcast. We cover everything women and mothers are facing today, and I am not the girl who holds back, so you’ll be hearing very real, raw and open discussions in this space. If you desire to live a counter-culture mom life, if you’re a spiritually minded babe, and if you like super real talk followed by actual steps you can take to become your next-level self, you have landed in the perfect place, my love. Welcome to the shift.

We have a beautiful opportunity to help our kids navigate life and develop an understanding of themselves. There are things we can do to encourage them and to help them know how to lean into the right things that will help them figure out what their purpose is.

I’m sharing some things that Brian and I have done that we feel are working really well. I don’t have all the right answers but I’m hoping this episode gives you some clarity, makes you feel better and gives you space to just think and process. Because I always want to ignite and inspire you!

I’m so excited for you guys to hear this conversation. Susie Moore is an amazing life coach and a beautiful friend of mine. She just wrote a book called Stop Checking Your Likes and it is all about removing the need for approval and living the life you are called to live despite judgment, despite what people are going to say and think about it. Her message is so amazing and so strong, and I'm so happy to have her on the show. Let’s jump in!

Brian and I sat down to talk about how we’ve been handling this quarantine as a couple. We’re being honest and real, while encouraging you to shift your perspective and let go of any high expectations you might have set for yourself during this weird time.

This episode is for anyone really but it’s especially for my beautiful friends living the military life. I get so many questions from military wives and women in the military themselves who need advice on how to implement minimalism and rhythms and routines in their homes.

The military life is so different from my life and from normal, civilian life and I have really wanted to have someone who knows that life and thrives in that life to come on the show and have a conversation with me for you! And I’m so excited to have Lauren Chante on this episode.

Lauren is a health strategist but she is also a mom and a military wife. She understands military life and she has amazing advice and tips and I really believe this conversation is going to help you, give you hope and give you the feeling that somebody understands.

This podcast interview was so, so important to me. I sat down with Stephanie, the host of the 500 Seconds To Joy Podcast, and she interviewed me about my faith journey with money. In most Christian circles money is viewed as kind of a dirty word. And I’ve definitely struggled with going from being a Christian and living below the American poverty line to being a Christian and living on the polar opposite end of the spectrum as a successful business woman and breadwinner for my family.

I’ve had to work through a lot of fear, doubt, worry and confusion when it comes to the issue of wealth, and I’ve had to break a lot of the beliefs that were taught to me growing up. But I’ve learned so much and I’m so excited for you to hear this conversation. I get really amped up in this interview because I so want you to feel empowered in your finances because as Chris Harder says, “When good people make good money, they do great things.” Let’s dive in!

I’ve got a special guest with me today! Desirae from The Minimal-ish Podcast is here to talk about her morning routine. I know we talk about this a lot on my podcast and in my community but I always think it’s helpful to get another perspective.

Desirae is a mom to a two-year-old so she’s also in that early stage of motherhood that I’m kind of already out of so I think it will be helpful to hear from her that a morning routine is possible with a toddler!

This episode is full of practical tips that you can put into practice because you know I’m all about taking action here and I believe setting yourself up for success in the morning is so, so important. OK, let’s jump into the conversation! Enjoy!
