I had the amazing opportunity to interview Dr. Caroline Leaf and we had such a powerful discussion on the power of thought, the power of the brain, and the ownership we have of thought.
Dr. Leaf is a communication pathologist and cognitive neuroscientist and specializes in cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology. She was one of the first in her field to study how the brain can change, which is now known as neuroplasticity. She’s absolutely brilliant! This is such a powerful episode. I’m so pumped for you to listen! Let’s dive in!
