We live in a culture that tells us that in order to be successful you have to be in output mode — constantly pouring out your energy. But what if we led from input mode?
There is a huge difference between the two but at the core output is masculine and input is feminine. And this isn't about anatomy because everyone has masculine AND feminine energy (the healthiest souls have a good balance of both).
What if invited more of that feminine energy into our day? What if we added value to our lives by pouring into ourselves in small ways that brought more success?
Being in the feminine energy does not mean lying back, doing nothing, or being less productive. It just means handling your productivity differently than the way culture tells you. It means knowing how to work your feminine energy, still get things done + handle shit.
There are some really simple things you can do to lean into your feminine energy and I am so excited to share them with you in this episode!

Do you want to embrace your inner beauty + power? I got you, babe. This episode is a guided meditation that will support you as you embrace YOU. Before you listen in, find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed — you can sit down or lie down (whatever relaxes you), close your eyes, take a few deep breaths — and let's begin ❤️

I feel like I've done life backward, by accident. Getting married young + having kids young, back to back I didn't get to experience typical "20s." My whole life was dedicated to my family. Hear me, it still is in EVERY way. But I also want to prioritize myself and my dreams. ☁️
If you have felt guilty for prioritizing you or you feel like you have to prove how worthy you are to do things for you ... this episode is for you. I am in the middle of these emotions myself, and I am done doing life the way society says to. I am no longer subscribing to the pressure society puts on motherhood, and you don't have to either. 👏

Let's talk about the elephant on the internet right now. Are Brian, mystery man, and I in a throuple? 🌶️ Guys, no. We are not.
The reason I invited Brian on to talk about this is because we feel like it is incredibly sad and heartbreaking that a couple being in a secret throuple is more believable than a couple divorcing amicably. So we are sitting down to talk about this, and how/why it has been SO easy for us to divorce amicably.

Can you relate to that title? Sometimes you try things and they just aren't serving YOU the same way they are serving others. Babe, it is OK! Let it go.
"You have to release what's not serving you. You have to let it go." Have you heard someone say that to you before? If you've been around my content for a while now, you may have heard me say that to you before. And I will always stand by that. 👏
But I totally understand feeling selfish by letting go. We are going to talk about that today, head-on. Because feeling selfish to let go of what's no longer serving you is actually doing everybody else a disservice as well. Trust me. Listen to this episode 😅

I am new to opening up and sharing vulnerable parts of my personal life that I am still working through. Usually, I will share things once I have journeyed through the emotions + processed everything. And today I am sharing about my recent breakup with the first guy I dated since my divorce. ❤️
In this episode, I want to speak directly to a false narrative when it comes to dating: just because there are more pros than cons in your relationship, he is an amazing guy, and he treats you like a queen does NOT mean you ignore your feelings. If you feel like you need to let go of something good, do it.
Letting go of something really good does not mean you failed or that you won't have something good again. That is NOT true. Break through that fear babe. Don't let fear hold you back ✨

Welcome to part 2 of this beautiful conversation with Nicole Christie! If you haven't listened to part one ... go do that first. ❤️
Did you know there is a difference between having confidence in your abilities and having a low sense of self-worth? It's true. And being confident in your abilities but not believing in yourself means you don't set boundaries or take care of YOU. That is not healthy, friend. There are things you can do to love, nurture, and heal yourself as you walk through wounds (from others and yourself). Nicole is sharing more about those things through her personal journey toward healing.
Nicole is a writer, podcaster, and entrepreneur. She’s the founder and CEO of Tulla Productions—a storytelling studio that connects leading brands and notable people with their audience through human-centered audio, visual, and print stories—and the creator and host of Here For Me, a podcast about the power of choosing yourself. I am SO excited for this episode because I am sitting down with Nicole Christie to talk about her journey from abuse to self-discovery and healing; a becoming her story.
Nicole is one of those people that makes you feel really safe and seen. There is not a lick of judgment and she just holds space for you. I hope you feel that as you listen to her story, and I hope that her journey inspires you in ways you didn't know you needed.
